We will have your files ready to be discussed at any time, communication with our clients is an important aspect of our collection service programs. In addition to 24/7 online collection reports and standard monthly collection reports, I.P.D.C.A. promptly provides verbal and/or written account updates upon request. Monthly reports include the following types of reports:

•  Number of accounts, dollar amount assigned and recovery by month;
• A specific listing of each account assigned;
• A listing in summary and by account of all costs deducted;
• A monthly status report that contains the account identifying information and the current status
